By disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity, ketoconazole prevents the growth and replication of fungal organisms, ultimately leading to their eradication. Cetrimide: It is a quaternary ammonium compound with antiseptic properties. Cetrimide acts by disrupting the cell membranes of microorganisms, leading to their destruction.
