Introduction :

This combination of Voglibose 0.3 Mg + Glimepiride 2 Mg + Metformin Hydrochloride 500 Mg SR (sustained release) medication is indicated for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in adults to improve glycemic control when diet and exercise alone are not sufficient. It is particularly useful for patients who require triple therapy with an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor (voglibose), a sulfonylurea (glimepiride), and a biguanide (metformin) to achieve target blood sugar levels.

Mechanism of Action :
