AMOROLFINE HCL gel 0.25% W/Wused for superficial fungal infections affecting the skin and nails.

Clean the affected area before applying the cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin as directed by the physician. The treated area may be covered with a sterile dressing if needed. Wash hands before and after application.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25–30°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Continue treatment for the recommended duration even if symptoms improve. Maintain proper hygiene and keep the affected area clean and dry.

Amorolfine inhibits fungal sterol biosynthesis by targeting Δ14-reductase and Δ7–Δ8 isomerase enzymes involved in ergosterol synthesis. This results in depletion of ergosterol and accumulation of abnormal sterols in the fungal cell membrane, leading to altered membrane permeability and inhibition of fungal growth.
