FLUCINOLONE ACETONIDE 0.01% + MICONAZOLE NITRATE 2.00% help control fungal infection while relieving inflammatory symptoms. This medicine may be prescribed for: Dermatophytosis (fungal skin infections), Ringworm (tinea corporis), Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis) Fungal infections with itching and inflammation Infected dermatitis caused by fungi

Clean the affected area before applying the cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin as directed by the physician. The treated area may be covered with a sterile dressing if needed. Wash hands before and after application.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25–30°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.

Fluocinolone acetonide exerts anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects through glucocorticoid receptor activation, leading to inhibition of phospholipase A₂ and suppression of inflammatory mediator synthesis. Miconazole inhibits fungal cytochrome P450–dependent lanosterol 14-α-demethylase, impairing ergosterol synthesis and disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity.
