This medication is commonly used for the temporary relief of nasal congestion and to improve breathing through the nose. It may be used for: Common cold–related nasal congestion Allergic rhinitis (hay fever) Sinusitis Nasal congestion due to upper respiratory tract infections This medicine provides symptomatic relief only and does not treat the underlying cause.

Use as directed by your doctor or as per product instructions. For adults and children above 12 years: Usually 1–2 drops or sprays in each nostril, up to 2–3 times daily. Do not use for more than 3–5 consecutive days, as prolonged use may cause rebound congestion. Clean the nozzle before and after use. Do not share the bottle to prevent infection.

Store below 25–30°C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use for more than 3–5 days continuously to avoid rebound nasal congestion. 0.1% strength is not recommended for children below 12 years. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding :Use only if clearly needed and advised by a healthcare professional. Systemic Effects: Excessive use may lead to systemic absorption causing increased blood pressure or heart rate.
