LULIFORD-FAST is used to treat fungal skin infections associated with redness, itching, and inflammation, such as ringworm (tinea corporis), athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), and jock itch (tinea cruris). Luliconazole helps eliminate the fungal infection, while clobetasol propionate helps reduce swelling, itching, and redness of the affected skin.

Clean and dry the affected area before application. Apply a thin layer of the cream or ointment to the affected area as directed by the physician. Usually applied daily at regular intervals, Use as directed by a physician. Wash hands before and after application.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25–30°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.

Luliconazole inhibits fungal cytochrome P450–dependent lanosterol 14-α-demethylase, resulting in impaired ergosterol synthesis and disruption of fungal cell membrane integrity. Clobetasol propionate acts through glucocorticoid receptor activation, inhibiting phospholipase A₂ and reducing synthesis of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes.
