Take as directed by the physician. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Preferably taken after meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Calcium citrate provides bioavailable calcium required for bone mineralization and neuromuscular function. Cholecalciferol is converted to calcitriol, which enhances intestinal calcium and phosphate absorption through activation of vitamin D receptors. Menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2) activates osteocalcin and matrix Gla proteins through γ-carboxylation, facilitating calcium incorporation into bone matrix. Mecobalamin acts as a cofactor for methionine synthase in homocysteine metabolism and supports neuronal myelin maintenance. Magnesium and zinc serve as cofactors for enzymes involved in bone remodeling and mineral metabolism.
