Telmisartan 40 Mg+chlorthalidone 12.5 Mg+metoprolol Succinate 50 Mg

The usual recommended dosage of - tablet is one tablet taken orally once daily. It can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep it out of reach of children

Before taking chlorthalidone, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This drug may make you dizzy. Alcohol or marijuana (cannabis) can make you more dizzy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can do it safely. Using this medicine while you are pregnant can harm your unborn baby. Use an effective form of birth control to keep from getting pregnant. If you think you have become pregnant while using this medicine, tell your doctor right away. Do report symptoms of potassium loss Side effects may include hypotension, dizziness, and renal dysfunction Do not drink alcohol while taking this drug, as this may aggravate hypotension.

Telmisartan selectively blocks angiotensin II type 1 (AT1) receptors, reducing vasoconstriction and aldosterone-mediated volume expansion. Chlorthalidone inhibits sodium and chloride reabsorption in the distal convoluted tubule, leading to natriuresis and reduction in plasma volume. Metoprolol succinate selectively blocks β1-adrenergic receptors, decreasing heart rate, myocardial contractility, and renin release. The combination provides additive blood pressure reduction through complementary cardiac, vascular, and volume-mediated mechanisms.
