This combination medication is commonly used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies and to improve blood health. It may be used for: Iron deficiency anemia, Low hemoglobin levels, Nutritional anemia (due to deficiency of iron, folic acid, or vitamin B12) Weakness and fatigue due to poor nutrition Increased nutritional needs during growth, pregnancy, or recovery from illness

Take as directed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the dose using a proper measuring cup or spoon. Usually taken after meals to reduce stomach upset.

Store below 25–30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Common side effects include: Nausea or stomach upset Constipation or diarrhea Dark-colored stools (normal with iron) Metallic taste

Use with caution in patients with: Severe liver disease Frequent blood transfusions

Avoid taking this medicine with tea, coffee, or milk, as they reduce iron absorption. Vitamin C–rich foods or drinks may improve iron absorption. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is considered safe but kindly take take it under medical advice.
