Rabeprazole 20 Mg + Domperidone 10 Mg

It is typically taken orally, usually before meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Should be taken at least 30 minutes before meals. (Delayed-release tablets / Sustained release tablets) Swallow tablets whole, do not split, crush, or chew.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.

Headache, Dizziness, Gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea, constipation, or abdominal ,discomfort, Dry mouth, Fatigue.

Avoid use of this drug during pregnancy and prescribe an alternative. Evidence has demonstrated fetal abnormalities or risks when used during pregnancy. Evidence and/or expert consensus has demonstrated harmful infant effects when used during breastfeeding.

Taking this medicine for a long time may make it harder for your and your child's body to absorb vitamin B12. Tell your doctor if you have concerns about this. Long-term use of proton pump inhibitors such as Rabeprazole may be associated with an increased risk of bone fractures, Clostridium difficile infection, and vitamin B12 deficiency. Rabeprazole + Domperidone should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver disease, as domperidone metabolism primarily occurs in the liver, and dose adjustments may be necessary. Taking this medicine for a long time may make it harder for your body to absorb vitamin B12. Tell your doctor if you have concerns about vitamin B12 deficiency. This medicine may cause hypomagnesemia (low magnesium in the blood). Your doctor may check your blood levels if you are taking this medicine for more than 1 year.
