Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 Mg + Chlorthalidone 12.50 Mg

This medicine may be taken with or without food. In addition to taking this medicine, treatment for your high blood pressure may include weight control and a change in the foods you eat, especially foods high in sodium (salt). Your doctor will tell you which of these are most important for you.

Protect from moisture or light and store below 30 degrees Celsius (C).

Dizziness, headache, hypotension (low blood pressure), electrolyte imbalances (such as low potassium levels), increased uric acid levels, and increased blood glucose levels.

Evidence has demonstrated fetal abnormalities or risks when used during pregnancy and breast feeding. consult with doctor immidaitely.

Before taking chlorthalidone, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This drug may make you dizzy. Alcohol or marijuana (cannabis) can make you more dizzy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can do it safely. Severe, chronic diarrhea with weight loss may develop months to years after taking this medicine. Tell your doctor right away if you have these symptoms. Do report symptoms of potassium loss Side effects may include hypotension, dizziness, and renal dysfunction Do not drink alcohol while taking this drug, as this may aggravate hypotension.
