Introduction : Rosuvastatin is used together with a proper diet to lower bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides (fats) in the blood, and to increase your good cholesterol (HDL)
Aspirin, a blood thinner, that prevents the formation of blood clots and the existing ones from growing bigger in size. Take it regularly and make appropriate lifestyle changes (such as eating healthy and staying active) to maximize the effectiveness of this medicine.
A heart attack or stroke may occur when a blood vessel is blocked by a blood clot. Clopidogrel 75mg reduces the chance that a harmful blood clot will form by preventing platelets from clumping together in the blood.
Indication : The combination of Rosuvastatin 20mg + Clopidogrel 75mg + Aspirin capsule is primarily used for the secondary prevention of cardiovascular events, including heart attack, stroke, and peripheral arterial disease, in patients at high risk of such events. It helps reduce the risk of blood clots and maintain cardiovascular health in individuals with a history of cardiovascular events.
Administration : "You may take this medicine with or without food.
Swallow the tablet whole. Do not break, crush, or chew it.
To use the capsule:
Swallow the capsule whole. Do not crush or chew it. If you have trouble swallowing, you may open it and mix the contents with 1 teaspoon of soft food. Take this mixture within 1 hour, without chewing."
Storage : Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
Mechanism of Action : Rosuvastatin belongs to a class of medications called statins, which are used to lower cholesterol levels in the blood. It works by inhibiting the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, thereby reducing the production of cholesterol in the liver.
Clopidogrel is an antiplatelet medication that helps prevent blood clots. It works by inhibiting the activation of platelets, thereby reducing the risk of clot formation in blood vessels.
Aspirin: Aspirin is also an antiplatelet medication that helps prevent blood clots. It works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of thromboxane A2, a substance that promotes platelet aggregation.

Side Effects : Gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
Headache
Dizziness
Fatigue
Muscle pain or weakness (myalgia)
Increased risk of bleeding (especially with clopidogrel and aspirin)
Elevated liver enzymes (with rosuvastatin)
Contraindications : Avoid use of this drug during pregnancy and prescribe an alternative. Evidence has demonstrated fetal abnormalities or risks when used during pregnancy.
Evidence and/or expert consensus has demonstrated harmful infant effects when used during breastfeeding.

Hypersensitivity (eg, anaphylaxis) to clopidogrel, rosuvastatin , aspirin or any component of the product"
Safety Advice / Warnings : If you need to take an antacid that contains aluminum and magnesium, take the antacid at least 2 hours after using rosuvastatin.
Do not drink large amounts of alcohol while using rosuvastatin. This could cause side effects on the liver.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Using this medicine while you are pregnant can harm your unborn baby. If you think you have become pregnant while using the medicine, tell your doctor right away.
Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while using this medication
