Fexofenadine 120mg tablet is an anti-allergy medicine used in the treatment of allergic symptoms such as runny nose, congestion or stuffiness, sneezing, itching, swelling, and watery eyes. It also helps treat skin allergies with itching, redness, or swelling.

The usual dosage of fexofenadine for adults is 120 mg taken orally once daily with or without food. The dosage may vary depending on the severity of symptoms and individual response to treatment.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.

Common side effects may include headache, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, dry mouth, nausea, and gastrointestinal disturbances such as stomach pain or diarrhea.

You should always take this medicine with water. Do not take it with juice such as grapefruit, orange, or apple juice You should NOT take antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium hydroxide within 15 minutes of taking this medicine. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking fexofenadine, as it may increase the risk of side effects such as drowsiness or dizziness.
