Linagliptin 5 Mg + Dapagliflozin 10 Mg

Take as directed by the physician. Usually taken once daily, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Continue diet and exercise recommended by your healthcare provider.

Store below 25–30°C. Keep in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Maintain adequate hydration while taking dapagliflozin. Monitor blood sugar regularly. Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease or recurrent urinary infections. Risk of hypoglycemia increases if used with insulin or sulfonylureas. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if prescribed or under medical guidance

Linagliptin selectively inhibits dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4), thereby prolonging the activity of incretin hormones such as GLP-1 and GIP, which enhance glucose-dependent insulin secretion and suppress glucagon release. Dapagliflozin inhibits sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) in the proximal renal tubules, reducing glucose reabsorption and increasing urinary glucose excretion, thereby lowering plasma glucose levels independently of insulin secretion.
