ACECLOFENAC 100 MG + PARACETAMOL 325 MG
Introduction : Aceclofenac (100 mg): is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, substances in the body that cause pain and inflammation. It is known for its analgesic (pain-relieving) and anti-inflammatory properties, making it effective in alleviating various types of pain, including musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, and dental pain.
Paracetamol (325 mg): also known as acetaminophen, is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic (fever-reducing) medication. It works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the brain, which helps to lower pain and reduce fever. Indication : Aceclofenac (100 mg):

Mechanism of Action : ) Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal phenylacetic acid derivative related to diclofenac. Like other nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDS), aceclofenac is a prostaglandin synthetase (cyclooxygenase) inhibitor, which decreases prostaglandin and leukotriene production, therefore inhibiting the inflammatory process.
Therapeutic : Anti Depressant
Side Effects : Gastrointestinal issues (stomach pain, indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea).
Dizziness or drowsiness.
Skin reactions (rash, itching).
Liver or kidney effects with prolonged use.
Contraindications : - Individuals with a history of allergic reactions to NSAIDs, paracetamol, or muscle relaxants should exercise caution.
