How To Use of Entecavir 0.5 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet on an empty stomach, at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after a meal, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Take the medicine at the same time each day. Do not skip doses or stop treatment without consulting your doctor, as this may lead to worsening of hepatitis B. Follow your doctor's instructions regarding the duration of therapy.

Entecavir is a guanosine nucleoside analogue that inhibits hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA polymerase. This suppresses HBV replication, reduces viral load, and limits ongoing liver injury.
