Indication of Clinsol Gel
CLINSOL GEL helps reduce acne lesions and improve the overall appearance of the skin. This medicine may be prescribed for: Acne vulgaris (pimples), Inflammatory acne lesion, Papules and pustules associated with acne, Mild to moderate acne.
How To Use of Clinsol Gel
Clean and dry the affected area before applying the ointment. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin as directed by the physician. Wash hands before and after use. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
Storage of Clinsol Gel
Store below 25–30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the tube tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Mechanism of Clinsol Gel
Clindamycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, thereby suppressing growth of Cutibacterium acnes and reducing inflammatory mediators in acne lesions. Nicotinamide exhibits anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting neutrophil chemotaxis and suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokine release, while also modulating sebum production and improving epidermal barrier function.
