Use a bland, absorbent powder (e.g., talcum powder) or an antifungal powder between the toes, on the feet, and in socks and shoes one or two times a day. It is best to use the powder between the times you use the cream. Avoid wearing underwear that is tight-fitting or made from synthetic materials (e.g., rayon or nylon). ketoconazole: It is an antifungal medication that works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell membranes. By disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity, ketoconazole prevents the growth and replication of fungal organisms, ultimately leading to their eradication. Cetrimide: It is a quaternary ammonium compound with antiseptic properties. Cetrimide acts by disrupting the cell membranes of microorganisms, leading to their destruction. It may also help in preventing secondary bacterial infections associated with fungal skin infection
