This help treat bacterial infection while relieving associated inflammation and irritation. This medicine may be prescribed for: Infected eczema, Infected dermatitis, Bacterial skin infections with inflammation, Impetigo with inflammation, Infected insect bites, Skin infections with redness, itching, and swelling. Use of this medicine is strictly as per the doctors guidance and prescription.

Clean the affected area before applying the cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin as directed by the physician. The treated area may be covered with a sterile dressing if needed. Wash hands before and after application.

Store in a cool, dry place below 25–30°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.

Fusidic acid inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to elongation factor-G (EF-G) on the bacterial ribosome, preventing translocation during peptide elongation and thereby inhibiting bacterial growth. Beclomethasone dipropionate exerts anti-inflammatory effects through glucocorticoid receptor activation, leading to inhibition of phospholipase A₂ and reduced synthesis of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes.
