How To Use of Oral Rehydration Salt Ors Powder
Dissolve the entire contents of one ORS sachet in the exact quantity of clean drinking water mentioned on the sachet (commonly 200 mL or 1 litre, depending on the pack size). Stir until the powder dissolves completely. Drink the prepared solution in small, frequent sips. Continue breastfeeding or a normal diet during episodes of diarrhea whenever possible. Use the prepared solution within 24 hours and discard any remaining solution thereafter. Do not add sugar, salt, juice, or other ingredients to the prepared solution.
