Clean and dry the affected area before applying the ointment. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin as directed by the physician. Wash hands before and after use. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.

Store below 25–30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the tube tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Clobetasol is a super-potent steroid, so prolonged use should be avoided. Do not apply on face, groin, or underarms unless advised by a doctor. Avoid occlusive dressings unless prescribed. Do not use for longer than recommended. If symptoms do not improve within a few weeks, consult a doctor.

Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV, thereby preventing DNA replication and transcription. Ornidazole undergoes reductive activation in anaerobic microorganisms, producing reactive intermediates that disrupt microbial DNA and inhibit nucleic acid synthesis. Itraconazole inhibits fungal cytochrome P450–dependent lanosterol 14-α-demethylase, impairing ergosterol synthesis and compromising fungal cell membrane integrity. Clobetasol propionate acts through glucocorticoid receptor activation, suppressing inflammatory mediator synthesis and reducing inflammatory responses.
