How To Use of Hydrochlorothiazide 25 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Usually taken once daily, preferably in the morning. Swallow with water. Can be taken with or without food. Avoid taking late in the evening to reduce frequent urination during sleep. Continue taking the medicine even if you feel well, unless advised otherwise.
Storage of Hydrochlorothiazide 25 Mg Tablet

Hydrochlorothiazide inhibits the sodium-chloride transporter in the distal convoluted tubules of the kidneys. This increases the excretion of sodium and water through urine, reducing blood volume and decreasing blood pressure. It also helps reduce fluid accumulation in tissues.
