Telmisartan 40 Mg + Amlodipine 5 Mg + Chlorthalidone 6.25 Mg

May be administered with or without food Tablets should not be removed from blisters until immediately before administration Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

Keep away from children. Store amlodipine Tablets at room temperature under 30 degree celcius. Keep out of the light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep in a dry place.

Dizziness or lightheadedness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. Swelling hands/ankles/feet or flushing may also occur. Back Pain Diarrhea Increased Uric Acid Level in the Blood If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly. To reduce the risk of dizziness and lightheadedness, get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.

This drug can cause serious (possibly fatal) harm to an unborn baby if used during pregnancy. It is important to prevent pregnancy while taking this medication.

This drug may make you dizzy. Alcohol or marijuana (cannabis) can make you more dizzy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do anything that needs alertness until you can do it safely. Limit alcoholic beverages. Talk to your doctor if you are using marijuana (cannabis). Severe sweating, diarrhea, or vomiting may cause dehydration and cause you to feel lightheaded. Tell your doctor if you have severe diarrhea or vomiting. To prevent dehydration, drink plenty of fluids unless your doctor tells you not to. Using this medicine while you are pregnant can harm your unborn baby. Use an effective form of birth control to keep from getting pregnant. If you think you have become pregnant while using this medicine, tell your doctor right away.

It also reduces peripheral vascular resistance and lowers blood pressure by acting directly on vascular smooth muscle. Its therapeutic effect on angina may be through a decrease in peripheral resistance (exertional angina) and inhibition of coronary spasm (vasospastic angina) Chlorthalidone is a thiazide diuretic that works by increasing the excretion of sodium and water from the body, leading to reduced blood volume and decreased blood pressure.
