How To Use of
Tiotropium Bromide Mh 18mcg + Formotrtol Fumarate Dh 12mcg Capsule
Use only through inhalation with the recommended inhaler device. Do not swallow the capsule. Inhale the medicine exactly as instructed by your doctor or pharmacist. Use regularly at the prescribed time for maximum benefit. Do not use this medicine for sudden breathing attacks; a fast-acting rescue inhaler may be required.

Tiotropium Bromide (LAMA): Blocks muscarinic M3 receptors in airway smooth muscle, reducing bronchoconstriction and causing prolonged airway relaxation. Formoterol Fumarate (LABA): Stimulates beta-2 adrenergic receptors, increasing airway smooth muscle relaxation and improving airflow.
