Clean and dry the affected area before application. Apply a thin layer of the gel to the painful area. Gently massage until absorbed. Usually applied 2–3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Wash hands after application

Aceclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes (primarily COX-2), reducing prostaglandin synthesis and inflammatory responses in affected tissues. Methyl salicylate acts as a counterirritant that produces local vasodilation and analgesia through sensory nerve stimulation. Capsaicin from capsicum activates transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) receptors on nociceptive neurons, leading to depletion of substance P and reduced pain signaling. Menthol activates TRPM8 cold receptors producing a cooling sensation and mild analgesic effect, while linseed oil contributes anti-inflammatory effects through omega-3 fatty acid components.
