How To Use of Febuxostat 80 Mg Tablet
Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Usually taken once daily, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Continue taking the medicine even if you experience an initial gout flare, unless advised otherwise by your doctor. Do not discontinue treatment without medical advice.
Storage of Febuxostat 80 Mg Tablet
Store at room temperature (20°C–25°C). Keep away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Store in the original packaging until use.

Mechanism of Febuxostat 80 Mg Tablet
Febuxostat selectively inhibits xanthine oxidase, the enzyme responsible for converting hypoxanthine and xanthine into uric acid. By reducing uric acid production, it lowers serum urate concentrations, helping dissolve existing urate crystals and preventing the formation of new crystals that cause gout.
