How To Use of Acyclovir 800 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with a glass of water. It may be taken with or without food. Begin treatment as soon as possible after the onset of symptoms for the best results. Complete the full prescribed course, even if symptoms improve. Drink plenty of fluids during treatment to help maintain kidney function.
Storage of Acyclovir 800 Mg Tablet
Store below 30°C. Keep the tablets in their original packaging. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Mechanism of Acyclovir 800 Mg Tablet
Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue antiviral. It is activated by viral enzymes and selectively inhibits viral DNA polymerase, preventing viral DNA replication. This limits the spread of the virus, promotes healing of lesions, and reduces the severity and duration of herpes virus infections.
