Indication of Albendazole 200 Mg
Albendazole is used to treat infections caused by worms. It works by keeping the worm from absorbing sugar (glucose), so that the worm loses energy and dies. This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription.
How To Use of Albendazole 200 Mg
Take as directed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before use. Can be taken with or after food. Dose and duration depend on the type of infection and patient’s age/weight. For single-dose deworming, the entire prescribed dose should be taken at once.
Storage of Albendazole 200 Mg
Store below 25–30°C. Keep the bottle tightly closed and protected from light. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Albendazole is a anthelmintic that causes parasitic death by binding to colchicine-sensitive site of beta tubulin inhibiting their polymerization into microtubules. The cascading effects of decreasing microtubules in the intestinal cells of the parasites decreases their absorptive function, depletes glycogen storage, and causes insufficient energy for the production of adenosine trisphosphate (ATP)
