How To Use of Aspirin Gastro-resistant Tab 75 Mg/ecosprin-75 Tablet
Usually taken once daily. Swallow the gastro-resistant tablet whole with water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet, as this may damage the enteric coating. It may be taken with or after food if advised by your doctor. Do not stop taking the medicine without consulting your doctor.

Aspirin irreversibly inhibits the cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) enzyme in platelets, preventing the formation of thromboxane A₂, a potent mediator of platelet aggregation and vasoconstriction. Since platelets cannot synthesize new COX-1 enzymes, the antiplatelet effect lasts for the lifespan of the platelet (approximately 7–10 days), reducing the risk of arterial blood clot formation.
