This combination of ointment/cream is typically used to treat various inflammatory skin conditions complicated by bacterial or fungal infections, such as: Eczema with secondary bacterial or fungal infections Contact dermatitis Fungal infections of the skin (e.g., tinea corporis, tinea cruris) Intertrigo (skin inflammation in body folds).
How To Use of Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% W/w + Miconazole Nitrate 2.0% W/w + Neomycin Sulphate 0.5% W/w Cream
Apply a generous amount of cream to the affected area, and rub in gently until the cream disappears. After this medicine is applied, the treated area may be covered with a gauze dressing if desired.

Clobetasol propionate exerts anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the production of inflammatory mediators and suppressing the immune response in the skin. Miconazole nitrate inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes, leading to fungal cell death and the resolution of fungal infections.
