FLUCONAZOLE 150 MG TAB is used to treat fungal infections of the mouth, throat, vagina, and other parts of the body including fingernails and toenails. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane thereby stopping the growth of fungi.

You may take this medicine with or without food. Keep using this medicine for the full treatment time, even if you feel better after the first few doses. Your infection may not clear up if you stop using the medicine too soon.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.

Side effects may include headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, and taste perversion.

If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine. You must not take this medicine while you are breast-feeding.

Using this medicine for a long time or using it too much while you are pregnant (especially during the first trimester) can harm your unborn baby. Serious skin reactions can occur in certain people during treatment with this medicine.
