Nebivolol: Selectively blocks beta-1 adrenergic receptors, reducing heart rate, cardiac output, and myocardial oxygen demand. It also enhances nitric oxide release, causing vasodilation and improving endothelial function. Cilnidipine: Blocks L-type calcium channels to relax vascular smooth muscle and N-type calcium channels to reduce sympathetic nerve activity, leading to vasodilation and decreased blood pressure.
