Nicorandil 5mg tablet medicine used to prevent and treat heart-related chest pain (angina). It is usually prescribed when other heart medicines are either not suitable or have not worked. It reduces the risk of an angina attack by widening blood vessels and improving blood flow to the heart.

You may take this medicine with or without food. Take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor. Do not take more of it, do not take it more often, and do not take it for a longer time than your doctor ordered.

Store in a refrigerator (2 - 8°C). Do not freeze. away from heat, moisture, and direct light.

common side effects of Nicorandil may include headache, dizziness, flushing, palpitations, and gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea and vomiting.
