Take the capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew. Take consistently with or without food, but follow the same pattern every day. Take the medicine at the same time each day. Do not miss doses or discontinue treatment without consulting your healthcare provider. Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice, as they can significantly increase tacrolimus blood levels. Regular blood tests are required to monitor tacrolimus levels and organ function.

Mechanism of Tacrolimus 2 Mg Capsule
Tacrolimus is a calcineurin inhibitor that binds to the intracellular protein FKBP-12 (FK506-binding protein).
