Benidipine HCl: Blocks L-type and T-type calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle, reducing calcium influx required for contraction. This produces arterial vasodilation, decreases peripheral resistance, and improves blood flow. The combination provides additive antihypertensive effects through different pathways.
