How To Use of Timvaz Eye Drop
Use only as prescribed by your ophthalmologist. Wash your hands before using the eye drops. Instill the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s). Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface. Close the eye gently for 1–2 minutes after instillation.
Storage of Timvaz Eye Drop
Store below 30°C.
Side Effects of Timvaz Eye Drop
Temporary burning or stinging sensation Eye irritation or redness Blurred vision immediately after application Dry eyes Watery eyes
Contraindications of Timvaz Eye Drop
Are allergic to Timolol Maleate or any of its ingredients. Have bronchial asthma or a history of asthma. Have severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Have sinus bradycardia, second- or third-degree heart block, or uncontrolled heart failure unless advised by a physician.

Mechanism of Timvaz Eye Drop
Timolol Maleate is a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocker. It lowers intraocular pressure by reducing the production of aqueous humor in the ciliary body of the eye. This decreases eye pressure without significantly affecting pupil size or accommodation, helping prevent optic nerve damage in glaucoma.
