Together, this medicine help manage mixed skin infections involving fungi and bacteria while reducing inflammation. This medicine may be prescribed for: Fungal skin infections with inflammation, Ringworm (tinea corporis), Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), Jock itch (tinea cruris) Dermatitis with secondary bacterial infection, Infected eczema, Skin infections with redness, itching, and swelling

Clean and dry the affected area before application. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected skin as directed by the physician. Wash hands before and after applying the medicine. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.

Store below 25–30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the tube tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Beclometasone dipropionate exerts anti-inflammatory effects through glucocorticoid receptor activation, leading to inhibition of phospholipase A2 and reduced synthesis of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Clotrimazole inhibits fungal cytochrome P450-dependent 14-α-demethylase, impairing ergosterol synthesis and disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity. Neomycin binds irreversibly to the bacterial 30S ribosomal subunit, causing misreading of mRNA and inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis.
