This medicine may be prescribed for the treatment of certain infected inflammatory skin conditions, such as: Fungal skin infections (dermatophytosis) Athlete’s foot (tinea pedis) Ringworm (tinea corporis) Jock itch (tinea cruris) Mixed fungal and bacterial skin infections

Apply a thin layer to the affected area as directed by the physician. Clean and dry the affected skin before application. Wash hands before and after use. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or open wounds.

Store below 25–30°C. Protect from heat and moisture. Keep the tube tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.

Clotrimazole inhibits fungal cytochrome P450–dependent 14-α-demethylase, impairing ergosterol synthesis and disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity. Tolnaftate interferes with squalene epoxidase activity, inhibiting fungal cell membrane synthesis. Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline exhibits antimicrobial effects through metal chelation and inhibition of microbial enzymes. Gentamicin binds irreversibly to the 30S ribosomal subunit of susceptible bacteria, inhibiting protein synthesis. Clobetasol propionate exerts anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects via glucocorticoid receptor activation, leading to inhibition of inflammatory mediators and cytokines.
