Indication of Clincitop Gel
When applied to the skin, clindamycin helps reduce bacterial activity and inflammation associated with acne.Clindamycin topical preparations may be prescribed for: Acne vulgaris (pimples) Inflammatory acne lesions, Papules and pustules associated with acne, Certain bacterial skin infections.
How To Use of Clincitop Gel
Clean the affected area before applying the cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin as directed by the physician. The treated area may be covered with a sterile dressing if needed. Wash hands before and after application.
Storage of Clincitop Gel
Store in a cool, dry place below 25–30°C. Protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed and out of reach of children.

Mechanism of Clincitop Gel
Clindamycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit, thereby suppressing growth of susceptible organisms such as Cutibacterium acnes. This results in decreased bacterial colonization and reduced production of pro-inflammatory mediators in acne lesions.
