How To Use of Loratadine 10 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your healthcare professional. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Can be taken with or without food. Usually taken once daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it is almost time for the next dose.
Storage of Loratadine 10 Mg Tablet

Mechanism of Loratadine 10 Mg Tablet
Loratadine is a second-generation selective H1-histamine receptor antagonist. It blocks peripheral H1 receptors, preventing histamine from producing allergic symptoms such as sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and skin rashes. Because it has limited penetration into the central nervous system, it causes little or no sedation in most patients.
