This combination medicine is commonly used for the relief of fever and mild to moderate pain, especially in children, when prescribed by a doctor. It may be used for: Fever due to infections, Post-vaccination fever, Toothache, Ear pain (otitis media), Sore throat, Headache, Body aches and muscle pain.

Dose is usually based on the child’s weight and age. Preferably give after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Store below 25–30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed.

Use with caution in: Liver impairment Severe malnutrition

Do not give along with other medicines containing paracetamol. Avoid use in children with severe dehydration. Use cautiously in children with asthma. Long-term or excessive use may cause stomach irritation. If fever persists for more than 3 days, consult a doctor.
