This medicine is used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension), particularly when a single medicine is not sufficient to control blood pressure. By lowering blood pressure, it helps reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular complications.

Take the tablet as prescribed by the physician. Usually taken once daily, preferably in the morning. Swallow the tablet with water. It may be taken with or without food.
