Itraconazole 100mg capsule is an antifungal medication that is used in adults to treat infections caused by fungus. This includes infections in any part of the body

Keep using this medicine for the full treatment time, even if you feel better after the first few doses. Your infection may not clear up if you stop using the medicine too soon. Itraconazole capsules and tablets should be taken with a full meal. The dose of this medicine will be different for different patients. Follow your doctor's orders or the directions on the label.

Store the medicine at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light.

Decreased urine output , dry mouth ,fever,increased thirst irregular heartbeat, loss of appetite, mood changes, muscle pain or cramps nausea numbness or tingling in the handsn feet or lips seizures trouble breathing unusual tiredness or weakness vomiting

Lactation— There are no adequate studies in women for determining infant risk when using this medication during breastfeeding. Weigh the potential benefits against the potential risks before taking this medication while breastfeeding. If you are using antacids or other stomach medicine (eg, H2 blocker, proton pump inhibitor), take them at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after using itraconazole. This medicine may make you feel dizzy or have blurred or double vision. Do not drive or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how this medicine affects you. Make sure your doctor knows if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before you start using this medicine for a fingernail or toenail infection.
