Ticagrelor 90 Mg

Take this medicine at the same time every day. You may take it with or without food.

Store the medicine in a closed container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light. Keep from freezing. Keep out of the reach of children.

Back pain, bleeding gums, blurred vision, chest pain, tightness, or discomfort,confusion cough, dizziness, faintness, or lightheadedness when getting up suddenly from a lying or sitting position,headache, increased menstrual flow or vaginal bleeding, unusual tiredness or weakness.

Evidence has demonstrated fetal abnormalities or risks when used during pregnancy Evidence and/or expert consensus has demonstrated harmful infant effects when used during breastfeeding.

Tell your doctor right away if you have chest tightness, or difficult or trouble breathing when asleep or awake. While you are using this medicine, if you have any kind of bleeding, it may take longer than usual to stop, especially if you hurt yourself. Stay away from rough sports or other situations where you could be bruised, cut, or injured. Be careful when using sharp objects, including razors and fingernail clippers. Do not take other medicines unless they have been discussed with your doctor. This includes prescription or nonprescription (over-the-counter [OTC]) medicines and herbal or vitamin supplements.

Ticagrelor, a cyclopentyltriazolopyrimidine, and its equipotent metabolite (AR-C124910XX) reversibly interact with the platelet P2Y(12) ADP-receptor, thereby preventing signal transduction and platelet activation and aggregation.
