Indication of Aceclofenac 100 Mg Tablet
Aceclofenac 100 mg Film-coated Tablets is indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation in adults.
How To Use of Aceclofenac 100 Mg Tablet
The recommended dose is 200 mg daily taken as two separate 100 mg doses one tablet in the morning and one in the evening. Aceclofenac 100 mg Tablets are supplied for oral administration and should be swallowed whole with a sufficient quantity of liquid. To be taken preferably with or after food.
Storage of Aceclofenac 100 Mg Tablet
Store at controlled room temperature 20 to 25 degrees C . in a well-closed container protect from light
Side Effects of Aceclofenac 100 Mg Tablet
Gastrointestinal issues (stomach pain, indigestion, nausea, diarrhoea). Dizziness or drowsiness. Skin reactions (rash, itching). Liver or kidney effects with prolonged use.
Contraindications of Aceclofenac 100 Mg Tablet
Aceclofenac is contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy. Do not administer aceclofenac during the first or second trimester of pregnancy unless clearly necessary administering as low a dose as possible for the shortest duration as possible. Avoid use of this drug during pregnancy and prescribe an alternative.
Safety Advice of Aceclofenac 100 Mg Tablet
Avoid the consumption of alcohol while taking Aceclofenac Tablet as it will increase the risk of stomach bleeding. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding disorders, kidney impairment, liver dysfunction, or cardiovascular disease should use aceclofenac with caution. This tablet is not recommended for use during pregnancy especially in the third trimester (last 3 months) this Tablet SR may cause sleepiness, blurred vision, or dizziness in some cases. Avoid driving vehicles or operating heavy machines if you experience such symptoms after taking this medicine.

Mechanism of Aceclofenac 100 Mg Tablet
Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal phenylacetic acid derivative related to diclofenac. Like other nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) aceclofenac is a prostaglandin synthetase (cyclooxygenase) inhibitor which decreases prostaglandin and leukotriene production therefore inhibiting the inflammatory process.
