How To Use of Canagliflozin 100 Tablet
Take exactly as prescribed by your physician. The recommended starting dose is 100 mg once daily. Take before the first meal of the day. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Maintain adequate hydration during treatment. Continue following your prescribed diabetic diet and exercise plan.

Mechanism of Canagliflozin 100 Tablet
Canagliflozin selectively inhibits the Sodium-Glucose Co-Transporter 2 (SGLT2) in the proximal renal tubules. This reduces glucose reabsorption by the kidneys, increases urinary glucose excretion, lowers blood glucose levels, and contributes to cardiovascular and renal protective effects in appropriate patients.
