The child is allergic to Chlorpheniramine, Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, or any other ingredient in the formulation. The child has severe liver disease. The child has severe uncontrolled high blood pressure or serious heart disease. The child is taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or has taken them within the past 14 days.
Safety Advice of Cetcor Cold Drops
Use only under medical supervision, especially in infants and young children. Do not give more than the prescribed dose. Avoid using other medicines containing Paracetamol simultaneously. Inform your doctor if the child has liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, glaucoma, or thyroid disorders.

Mechanism of Cetcor Cold Drops
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (1 mg): Blocks histamine (H1) receptors to relieve sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and other allergy symptoms. Paracetamol (100 mg): Inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, reducing fever and relieving pain. Phenylephrine (2.5 mg): Stimulates alpha-1 adrenergic receptors, causing constriction of nasal blood vessels and reducing nasal congestion.
