Take exactly as prescribed by your physician. Take the tablet once daily with the first main meal or as directed. Swallow the sustained-release tablet whole; do not crush, chew, or break it. Maintain adequate hydration during treatment. Continue your recommended diabetic diet, exercise, and regular blood glucose monitoring.
