How To Use of Dothiepin Hydrochloride 75 Mg Tablet
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It may be taken with or without food. Preferably take it at bedtime if it causes drowsiness. Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Contraindications of Dothiepin Hydrochloride 75 Mg Tablet
You are allergic to dothiepin (dosulepin) or any of its ingredients. You have recently had a heart attack. You have severe heart rhythm disorders. You are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them within the past 14 days. You have severe liver disease unless advised by your doctor.
Safety Advice of Dothiepin Hydrochloride 75 Mg Tablet
Use only under medical supervision. Avoid alcohol during treatment as it may increase drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you know how the medicine affects you. Inform your doctor if you have heart disease, epilepsy, glaucoma, liver disease, kidney disease, urinary retention, or bipolar disorder. Monitor for worsening depression or suicidal thoughts, especially during the initial weeks of treatment. Consult your doctor before using this medicine during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not discontinue treatment abruptly.
