ERANDEL TEL is a classical herbal oil obtained by cold pressing castor seeds (Eranda). In Ayurveda, it is considered a powerful Vata-pacifying oil due to its strong unctuous (snigdha) and hot (ushna) properties. It is commonly used both internally (in controlled medicinal doses) and externally (massage) to support digestive health, relieve constipation, reduce joint stiffness, and improve muscle flexibility.
